Enjoying the rooftop pool and relaxing in the garden area really made my stay special. One minor hiccup was the slightly slow response for room service, but it didn't take away from the overall great experience. 😊

All fine, but noisy nights.

The large rooms at Millennium Place are truly spacious and well-equipped, featuring comfy couches and modern appliances like a washing machine and kettle. Cleaning staff consistently maintained high standards across common areas like the restaurant and pool. However, the breakfast quality was disappointing. items were underwhelming, and I ended up skipping it several times. I had an issue with my room's stove failing, and the air conditioning wasn't functioning properly after midday. The front office staff initially didn’t resolve my concerns promptly, but a staff member named Jawad stepped in, totally transforming my experience. He upgraded my room and made sure everything was perfect, showing genuine care. Despite the setbacks, his attentiveness made my stay much more pleasant.

Noise levels were a significant issue, especially in rooms located near the bar. the music made it tough to get a good night’s sleep. Walls between rooms lacked soundproofing, so any conversation or TV could easily disrupt sleep. In the mornings, the lobby had an unpleasant smell, likely a mix of breakfast odors and artificial scents.

The Millennium Place Mirdif provided a wonderfully modern room with impressive amenities, including a delightful pool area boasting stunning views over Mushrif Park. The entire staff, particularly the attentive manager, ensured I felt welcomed and cared for throughout my stay.

I recently stayed for three nights and was pleasantly surprised by the upgrade from a studio to a one-bedroom room, which was perfect for relaxation. The tranquil setting away from the hustle of the highway made our stay exceptionally enjoyable. I also appreciated the availability of free bicycles for exploring the local area, and the pool on the fifth floor offered a stunning view. However, the staff could use additional training to enhance their professionalism in handling guest requests.

The check-in process was efficient, and I appreciated the prompt assistance from the concierge when I needed additional towels and toiletries. Despite the slow response time, the staff did come through in the end with cleaner bedding after I raised my concerns.
